Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Sign in is limited to approved email addresses. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

SaleCracker helps you find YouTube ad placement targets: it suggests keywords, ranks videos and channels, and exports target lists. Results are drawn from public data and third party APIs and are provided for your planning and research. We do not guarantee any particular ad performance or outcome.

• An active subscription is required to use the paid features. Plan pricing and included credits are shown at checkout.
• Credits meter usage: one credit corresponds to one provider search call, the only operation with real marginal cost.
• Credits reset each billing period and do not roll over unless stated otherwise.
• The Starter trial is a one time charge with no automatic renewal. Paid recurring plans renew until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By purchasing, you authorise the applicable charge. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third party terms, including the YouTube and Google Ads terms.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute the service or its data except as permitted for your own advertising use.
• Scrape, overload, or abuse the service beyond your plan limits.

The service, its software, and branding are owned by Game Particles. You retain rights to the product descriptions and inputs you provide, and grant us the limited right to process them to deliver the service.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that results are accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Game Particles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [City] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
